<h4 align="center"><strong>О порядке изъятия заброшенных частных и запретных территорий</strong></h4>

**В целях освобождения заброшенных территорий, а также предотвращения необоснованного удержания частных и запретных территорий, в соответствии с полномочиями, предоставленными мне Конституцией, п о с т а н о в л я ю:**

1. Установить, что в случае отсутствия владельца и/или потенциального(ых) владельца(ев) частной либо запретной территории на сервере в течение 80 дней подряд, право владения данной территорией аннулируется.
2. Определить, что территория утратившая владельца в соответствии с настоящим Указом не признаётся государственной собственностью и получает статус ничейной территории.
3. Определить, что в случае наличия на территории значительного количества построек, свидетельствующих о фактическом освоении и развитии территории, изъятие такой территории не производится. Критерии достаточности застройки определяются Советом Министров.
4. Установить, что ресурсы и имущество, находящиеся на территории утратившей владельца могут быть изъяты в пользу государства по решению Совета Министров.
5. Настоящий Указ вступает в силу с момента его подписания.
