<h4 align="center"><strong>О порядке отработки государственных штрафов</strong></h4>

**В целях введения альтернативного порядка погашения штрафов назначенных в пользу государства, а также использования полезного общественного труда игроков, в соответствии с полномочиями, предоставленными мне Конституцией, п о с т а н о в л я ю:**

1. Установить что штрафы, назначенные в размере свыше 256 ар могут быть отработаны вместо их прямой уплаты в государственную казну.
2. Определить, что отработка штрафа осуществляется путём выполнения общественно полезных работ в интересах:

* Министерства Инфраструктуры
* Министерства Культуры

3. Установить, что для получения возможности отработки штрафа игрок обязан обратиться в Суд, открыв соответствующий тикет.
4. Решение о предоставлении возможности отработки штрафа, объёме, сроках и характере работ принимается Судом и соответствующим Министром с учётом обстоятельств дела и характера совершённого правонарушения.
5. В случае уклонения от выполнения назначенных работ либо их ненадлежащего исполнения право на отработку аннулируется, а штраф в казну подлежит уплате в полном объёме.
6. Настоящий Указ вступает в силу с момента его подписания.
