<h4 align="center"><strong>О введении ограничений для лиц, вносивших изменения в Законодательную базу</strong></h4>

**В целях недопущения возможного злоупотребления полномочиями и равенстве сторон в судебных разбирательствах, в соответствии с полномочиями, предоставленными нам Конституцией, п о с т а н о в л я е м:**

1. Установить, что как бывшие, так и нынешние Министры Внутренних Дел и Верховные Судьи не в праве выступать в судебных процессах в качестве адвокатов.
2. Определить, что выявленные случаи скрытого представительства либо подачи судебных тикетов в интересах третьих лиц рассматривается как нарушение настроящего Указа.
3. Также установить, что запрещается обходить настоящее ограничение путём подачи судебных тикетов от имени других игроков, третьих лиц либо через альтернативные аккаунты.
4. Контроль за исполнением настоящего Указа возложить на Верховный Суд.
5. Настроящий Указ вступает в силу с момента его подписания.
