<h4 align="center">О возвращении и введении должности Президента</h4>

**В связи с неактивностью Министров, сложившийся текущей ситуацией и одобрением петиции о введении должности Президента, набравшей более 50 положительных голосов, установленном статьёй** [**6.1**](https://rules.dmc-minecraft.net/arkhiv-dmc-vi/pages/QevomYlMjFxSnoJZ2O1n#id-6.1-kosvennoe-golosovanie) **Избирательного кодекса, п о с т а н о в л я е м:**

1. Ввести государственную должность «**Президента**»
2. Установить, что Президент является высшим должностным лицом государства, обеспечивающим координацию деятельности Министров и общее руководство развитием государства.
3. Определить, что порядок избрания, полномочия и обязанности Президента устанавливаются Конституцией, Трудовым и Избирательным кодексом.
4. Назначить проведение выборов Президента в установленный срок, выбранный Администрацией одновременно с Министрами.
5. Установить, что в связи с возвращением должности «Президента» Верховный Суд выводится из Правительства.
6. Настоящий Указ вступает в силу с момента его подписания.
