<h4 align="center"><del><strong>О введении должности Министра Иностранных Дел</strong></del></h4>

**В целях обеспечения ведения переговоров, урегулирования вопросов связанных со Специальной Военной Операцией в отношении города «Приморск» и в соответствии с полномочиями, предоставленными мне Конституцией, п о с т а н о в л я ю:**

1. Ввести государственную должность Министра Иностранных Дел на период проведения Специальной Военной Операции.
2. Определить, что Министр Иностранных Дел осуществляет переговоры с **«**&#x41F;риморской Федерацие&#x439;**»**, представляет интересы государства во внешних взаимодействиях, а также участвует в урегулировании вопросов, связанных с вооружённым конфликтом.
3. Установить, что Министр Иностранных Дел действует как представитель Министерства Внутренних Дел во внешних вопросах.
4. Назначить на должность Министра Иностранных Дел EssciZ\`a.
5. Определить, что после завершения Специальной Военной Операции должность Министра Иностранных Дел подлежит упразднению.
6. Настоящий Указ вступает в силу с момента его подписания и действует до окончания Специальной Военной Операции.
