<p align="center"><strong>Совета Министров DMC VI</strong></p>

<h4 align="center"><strong>О регулировании оборота алкогольной продукции</strong></h4>

**В целях поддержания общественного порядка, регулирования торговли алкогольной продукцией и предотвращения публичного распития алкоголя, в соответствии с полномочиями, предоставленными нам Конституцией, п о с т а н о в л я ю:**

1. Запретить публичное распитие алкогольных напитков на общественных территориях. За нарушение данного запрета может последовать наказание в виде временного задержания.
2. Установить, что продажа алкогольной продукции допускается исключительно при наличии соответствующей лицензии, выданной Министерством Экономики.
3. Запретить производство, хранение с целью сбыта и реализацию алкогольной продукции без получения лицензии в установленном порядке.
4. Определить, что нарушение настоящего Указа влечёт ответственность в соответствии c Законодательной базой и может являться основанием для изъятия алкогольной продукции, реализуемой с нарушением установленного порядка.
5. Настоящий Указ вступает в силу с момента его подписания.
