<h4 align="center"><strong>О ликвидации Министерства Культуры до конца текущего сезона</strong></h4>

**В связи с тем, что Администрация DMC VI более не видит целесообразности дальнейшего существования Министерства Культуры в его текущем виде, учитывая длительную неактивность Министерства, систематическое невыполнение предвыборных обещаний Министрами Культуры, невозможность надлежащего исполнения обязанностей, возложенных на Министерство Культуры, в соответствии с полномочиями, предоставленными нам Конституцией, п о с т а н о в л я е м:**

1. Ликвидировать Министерство Культуры до окончания текущего VI сезона DMC.
2. Прекратить деятельность Министерства Культуры с момента вступления настоящего Указа в силу.
3. Установить, что полномочия и обязанности Министерства Культуры до окончания текущего сезона передаются Совету Министров и Министерствам в пределах их полномочий.
4. Возложить на Совет Министров координацию деятельности, связанную с проведением ивентов и развитие общественных мероприятий, а также иные вопросы, ранее относящимися к компетенции Министерства Культуры.
5. Установить, что люди, намеревающиеся участвовать в выборах на пост Министра Культуры вправе подать свои кандидатуры в иные действующие Министерства.
6. Настоящий Указ вступает в силу с момента его подписания.
