<h4 align="center"><strong>О пересмотре статей 9.5 и 9.6 Уголовного Кодекса DMC VI</strong></h4>

**В целях уточнения порядка применения статей 9.5 и 9.6 Уголовного Кодекса DMC VI, обеспечения справедливого и обоснованного назначения штрафов, а также недопущения злоупотреблений при их исполнении, в соответствии с полномочиями предоставленными мне Конституцией, п о с т а н о в л я ю:**

**1.** Признать утратившим силу Третий Указ Совета Министров «[О ужесточении ответственности за использование булавы в общественных местах](/arkhiv-dmc-vi/ukaz-3.md)» и пересмотреть статью 9.6, предусматривающую ответственность за использование булавы в общественных местах:

* Теперь только использование булавы в **отношении другого игрока** в общественном месте считается нарушением. Решение о назначении штрафа принимается по усмотрению гвардии или по жалобе пострадавшего игрока, а размер штрафа определяется индивидуально — от **16 до 128 АР**, в зависимости от обстоятельств.

**2.** Ранее статья 9.5 распространялась только на сотрудников культуры и представителей СМИ:

* Настоящим указом она пересмотрена и теперь в дополнении охватывает государственных работников Министерств Инфраструктуры и Экономики.

**3.** Настоящий Указ вступает в силу с момента его подписания.
