<h4 align="center"><strong>Об ограничении полномочий Министра Внутренних Дел при внесении изменений в Законодательную базу</strong></h4>

**В целях предотвращения возможного злоупотребления полномочиями, обеспечения стабильности правовой системы и поддержания прозрачного порядка внесения изменений в Законодательную базу, в соответствии с полномочиями, предоставленными мне Конституцией, п о с т а н о в л я ю:**

1. Определить, что Министру Внутренних Дел — как действующему, так и всем последующим **запрещается** единолично и самостоятельно редактировать, изменять или дополнять Законодательную базу. Все изменения могут вноситься **исключительно по решениям Совета Министров**, принятым в установленном порядке.
2. Установить, что настоящий Указ не может быть отменён или пересмотрен Министром Внутренних Дел единолично. Его отмена или изменение допускается только при полном и единогласном решении Совета Министров **и** с обязательным одобрением трёх людей из администрации.
3. Настоящий Указ вступает в силу с момента его подписания и обязателен для всех последующих Министров Внутренних Дел.
