<h4 align="center"><strong>О введении смертной казни и порядке её применения</strong></h4>

**В целях усиления мер по обеспечению правопорядка, предотвращения тяжких и систематических нарушений, а также для обеспечения стабильности и безопасности, в соответствии с полномочиями, предоставленными мне Конституцией, п о с т а н о в л я ю:**

1. Ввести смертную казнь как исключительную меру наказания за особо тяжкие нарушения.
2. Определить, что решение о назначении смертной казни может быть принято любым Министром или Верховным Судьёй при наличии достаточных оснований и доказательств тяжкого нарушения.
3. Установить, что исполнение смертной казни допускается в любой форме, включая расстрел, по усмотрению уполномоченного лица, назначившего наказание.

* Нарушитель подлежит удержанию под стражей до момента вынесения соответствующего решения Министром или Верховным Судьёй.
* Все ресурсы, принадлежащие осуждённому на смертную казнь, подлежат обязательному изъятию в пользу государства, и их передача осуществляется одновременно с исполнением наказания.

4. Настоящий Указ вступает в силу с момента его подписания
