<h4 align="center"><strong>О порядке снятия статуса ЧЕБОКСАР</strong></h4>

**В целях обеспечения справедливости и предоставления игрокам возможности исправления нарушений, в соответствии с полномочиями, предоставленными мне Конституцией, п о с т а н о в л я ю:**

1. Установить, что снятие статуса ЧЕБОКСАР возможно двумя способами:

1.1. Отработка в государственных структурах открыв соответствующий судебный тикет в суд:

* Министр Инфраструктуры или Министр Культуры могут определить условия прохождения исправительных работ.
* Игрок обязан выполнить установленные объемы работы в Министерстве Инфраструктуры или Министерстве Культуры для снятия статуса.

1.2 Оплата денежной компенсации в казну DMC

* Сумма выплаты определяется Советом Министров и может составлять от 1500 до 5000 ар.
* Оплата производится в полном объеме, после чего статус ЧЕБОКСАР подлежит снятию.

2. Установить, что выбор способа снятия статуса осуществляется самим гражданином, при этом любая отсрочка или неполное выполнение условий считается продолжением действия статуса ЧЕБОКСАР.
3. Настоящий Указ вступает в силу с момента его подписания.
