#### **4.1 Разрешённые формы агитаций:**
* Публичные выступления на митингах
* Агитация в чате в разумных количествах
* Распространение листовок и программ
* Агитация в Discord, не нарушающая соответствующие правила
#### **4.2 Процесс дебатов:**
* Сбор избираемых, избирателей и организаторов дебатов в указанную дату
* Кандидат по приглашению произносит заранее заготовленную речь
* Организатор задаёт 1 вопрос от себя
* Организатор выбирает 5 разных граждан с вопросами к кандидату
* Последние 3 шага повторяются с остальными кандидатами из одной фракции, далее сменяется фракция
* Окончание дебатов
